Have error when running batch analysis👇
Error Message: The process terminated abnormally
Context: Might occur when running Esteem Integrated Total Solution Software on Windows 11 Update 25H2
Context Important Note:
It is recently discovered that the above mentioned issue/challenge only occurs when running batch analysis in the Esteem Integrated Total Solution Software on recent Windows update 25H2 (which was released on 30 September 2025 by Windows). To check what Windows update you are using you can type "Winver" in your Windows search. The information would be in the red highlighted 👇 (as per enclosed below)

Solution: Please download and install the latest release Esteem 11.1.132.0 [which was released on 21 October 2025(KL Time)] from our Esteem Download Center to resolve this above mentioned issue/challenge on Windows update 25H2.

On your computer: please make sure the previous Esteem version(s) are closed before running the latest Esteem 11 version to date i.e. Esteem 11.1.132.0 and above.
Running Esteem Cloud Subscription Licenses
Make sure that the EsteemLicenseTray is running in the background

To identify whether the Esteem License Tray is being run in the background, you can check in on your Windows system tray or on in the background processes under the task manager.
To launch System Tray on you Windows computer: on your Windows taskbar go to the icon as per highlighted below👇

To launch Task Manager on your Windows computer: you can launch it by right clicking on your Windows taskback
Windows offers many ways to launch the Task Manager. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager with a keyboard shortcut or right-click the Windows taskbar and select "Task Manager."
You can also press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and then click "Task Manager" on the screen that appears or find the Task Manager shortcut in your Start menu.

EsteemLicenseTray is found under the background processes of the task manager.
EsteemLicenseTray is installed during the Esteem 11 setup. However, if you do not have the EsteemLicenseTray on your Windows to run the Esteem Cloud Subscription license, please email us at support7@esteemsoft.com.my or WhatsApp us at +603 8076 2788.
